No. Both are easy.

Using square taper, you have lots of inexpensive options.

If I remember correctly, the Sugino 75 BB is a caged ball bearing system that requires basic maintenance. Taking it out, cleaning, regreasing, etc... maybe once per season, or more often if you like doing that kind of stuff. But, you can just as easily buy a sealed bearing system that is just as good.

You'll need the same type of crank puller for both Dura Ace and Sugino.

Sugino 75 is a great option and easy to find. They even come in a few different colors.
