Hi everyone. I am 44 and from Philadelphia. I did my first century back in 02. I changed jobs and stopped riding. Thats when I gained a bunch of weight. Back in Sept I got back in the gym. I've gone from 221 pounds down to 165. I broke out my old Cannondale R1000 and have been riding any time the weather is nice. It is good too be back on the bike again.
