Handlebar grip just spins round and round

Okay folks, I'm at my wits end here, so I'm hoping someone can help.

Bought a new hybrid last year, but didn't like the handlebar grips that came with it, so I bought some cheap MTB grips from Walmart. Never really did care for them either, so a few weeks ago, bought a new set of grips from Performance Bike. They're pretty similar to what came on the bike originally, and this time around, I do like them.

However, I am having difficulty with one of them. No matter what I do, it will not stay put, so to speak. The right hand grip doesn't turn, no matter how hard I try to turn it. The left hand grip however....well, not so good. It will twist up and down during a ride, which is very frustrating. Hell, I've even tried Krazy Glue and that didn't work. I thought super glue bonded everything. Apparently not.

Anyway, does anyone have any ideas as how to keep a grip from twisting while riding? Any tips, comments and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
