61 yr old woman commuting on MUP. Lost balance somehow and fell onto roadway...hit by a bus and died instantly.
Probably clipped a pedestrian and fell.
It wasn't on the Lions Gate Bridge, but just south of it, on the Stanley Park causeway (which is not really a causeway). The causeway has a MUP that doesn't see many pedestrians at all compared with the rest of the park.
