If you want to buy the genuine Two-Fish, I'd try Battery Junction:

I actually bought mine from 4-Sevens when he was the original US Fenix Store, but he doesn't sell these anymore. Battery Junction has been a reliable vendor for some lights and batteries.
It's strange how the bike shop sites don't carry these.
