Fun is a strong word. I did it this year. 204 miles, around 10,000- 12,000 feet of climbing. Gravel roads that range from nice and smooth to minimlly maintained surfaces that are better described as paths than roads. Brutal headwinds across the prairie with no tres to block it.
I went off course and added 21 extra miles. Finished 51 in Masters men. Would have been a bit more respectible without the extra mileage.
