From what I know of 'Jeep' branded bikes, they're big-box sports department store bikes that are not likely to have standard parts, nor very good customer service to get replacement parts for. You may get some 'go buy a decent bike from a local bike store' responses, but short that if everything else on the bike is of working shape - a new frame with a standard hanger perhaps? But only if you are confident you're skillful enough to accomplish a frame swap.
