I use them front and rear. I've also ran the tire on the other bike, Schwalbe Smart Sam, on the front. The Sam is inferior in every way except for weight, which is marginally lower than the Saguaro (both are fairly heavy). One of the things I liked least about the Smart Sam is cornering traction. The Saguaro leans in much more confidently.
