Turns out, I know the guy selling it. I'm not very well versed on bikes, so I can't eyeball something like this.
Also, would this frame be a good size for 6'1" with a 34" inseam (using that uncomfortable book-in-the crotch to wall method)? I have used an online calculator that took my inseam (86cm) * .67 to get a C-T length of ~58cm but have heard that if you are 6 foot or taller, you should go higher by subtracking 27cm from your inseam, so 59-60cm.
I dont want a super aggressive track ride, this is for casual urban community and knocking around for fun.
I would really appreciate any advice. You guys are great!
