Food for thought for the OP: If any of your anticipated riding involves MUPs... you may want to rethink this purchase. Some trike riders have had to lift their rigs over barricades put in place to keep motorists from taking a short cut.
Also, their claim that you could have this serviced at any LBS that offers recumbents and/or e-bikes... might be true, but depending on where you live, those types of shops can be scarce. There is only one dedicated 'bent LBS in OK and no shops within at least a 100 miles that will service an e-bike.
Which leads to the question of possible warranty work. As of right now, according to their FAQs, there apparently is no provision for warranty repairs. I just sent them an email to verify this.
