CbadRider seems to have answered my question. NO, there is NO way to get a FULL SIZE image, unless you point to a website (like photobucket, flickr, etc.).

If you RIGHT-CLICK on ANY posted image, and to to "Image Details", you will see the Source for where the photo is.
If it is had been uploaded (as an "Attachment", even via Advanced), it will be a thumbnail attachment, and the "image details" will show "bikeforums.net".
If it is a URL LINK to an external website, then the "Image Details" will show the FULL URL to the website.
