While Sram did just come out with Red and Force 11 speed, all other (and older) Sram road groups are 2 x 10.
A right/rear Apex shifter will only index with a 10 speed Sram or shimano compatible cassette, and you will also need a 10sp chain and Sram RD to go with it.
On the front, Shimano double FDs will work with Sram, but it sounds like you have triple crank and FD so I'm guessing you will need to upgrade those too. But I have never tried to set one up so I guess I can't guarantee it won't work.
Pretty much any double crank should work with Apex shifters.
