$100 for all of that is a good deal if it's in good working order. You will need a 10sp cassette but those can be purchased on the cheap. It looks like they are including a 10sp crank so I would recommend using it. Running a 10sp chain on a 9sp crank is not advisable. When I looked into doing that I read stories about the slightly narrower 10sp chain falling in between the chainrings causing it to lock up.
