That is not the issue here. RAGBRAI is open to all people, not just LA's friends. I could care less what any of these people you mentioned do with their friends, but I'll be darned if I am going to introduce them to my kids, were I to meet them at any public forum. exactly. it is open to everyone. Dopers, drug addicts, thieves, alcoholics.... you can choose who you want to interact with but you cannot exclude certain people if they aren't doing something illegal at the time.
