That would be part of the presumed value in buying the Trek Fuel EX 5 instead.

However, I'm not entirely sold on the idea that an aluminum single pivot Diamondback frame is really that much different from an aluminum single pivot Trek frame.

Certainly, more advanced rear suspension linkages are beneficial. And maybe the Trek is designed slightly better. But I doubt it's actually manufactured better, most likely they are very similar.
