After hearing various stories of incidents where people (including police) didn't know the law as relates to bicycles, I decided to make up a little sheet of laws I felt could be useful to have at my fingertips. I printed it up, "laminated" it with clear packing tape, and put copies in my various bike bags. I've attached it here in case anybody else might find it useful. If you think I left out something, hate my formatting, or anything else, you're free to change it
