See, and that is where you lose me. If there is some structural issue with the holes being filled, or there is something about there wheels that have been found wanting, why would I (a) risk my bones by trying to ride them, (b) go through the gluing process only to figure out that they are busted or (c) pay good money for something not worth the price?

By asking the question here I make an effort to utilize the expertise of some individuals to help mitigate some of this risk.

...by the way, those organizations, to the extent we exist, don't have the power you think we have.
