Thank you guys. Wayne, we checked the marking we didnt raise the seat above that. I am only 5'4 so the seat wasnt even raised that high. Good to know my husband should be able to ride it.
We will try to fix the saddle again tomorrow if it doesnt work we try the other options. Thanks much.
You're welcome. There is one other option if you can't get it to work -- return it. Amazon is a great company for returns. I hope that you get the issues resolved first though.
