I was given a Zap electric bike by my local dealer, (brought in for service, still there a year later) the battery was dead so I stripped off all the motor kit and ended up with a BIG robust 6 peed beach cruiser . I installed a Whizzer seat from the rafters to cushion the ride. At about 40 lbs, it is important to keep 50+# in the tires . Total cost???? Got the motor kit on CL for $200 so I might make a buck on this one, Regards' Jack
