The rims are for tubular (sew-up) tires. You will need new tubular tires. Neither one holds air. In fact, the front tire is original. The plastic that surrounds the brake levers is weather-checked and the handle bars could be re-wrapped. Otherwise the bike is in good, clean and original condition. I live near Hixton, WI but I frequently visit my Dad in Verona and would be glad to meet you there. E-mail me or call me at (715) 963-5971 for more information. I have a Silca Impero pump with Campagnolo tip and a free-wheel removing tool that would go with the bike. Thanks for looking, Jon
