The real problem with all this is that in the time that they spent telling you it didnt need to be tensioned, and "replacing" spokes, the wheels could have been brought up to a proper and even tension and dialed in for true and radial.

I have watched a real pro and it would not have taken her 10 minutes to do both wheels.
