Good way to encourage people to flee the scene of an accident. In the eyes of the law the life of a cyclist is essentially worthless.

He didn't get much which is a total bummer, but he did get something. I like the fact his father tried to conceal his crime. Too bad they couldn't get that jerk as an accessory to murder.
