Eggbeaters w/ regular shoes?
Can Eggbeaters or any kind of clipless pedals be used with normal shoes without cleats? I don't want to wear riding shoes on my commute to school or lug around an extra pair of regular shoes to change into, but I would like to have the clipless option when I go to long distances or to my lbs (6 mi. away, not really local).
On a side note, can you use clipless to ride trails or is that just a bad idea?
