if he is really six foot i find it a bit hard to believe he's really got such a small inseam
i'm 6'3" and my inseam is like 34" and i'm all torso
anyway just go to a buy bike shop and talk to them about what you looking for and they will help you out
i doubt you are really TOO big for and off the shelf bike
