Sure - When ever you have a blow out you have to check the wheel - The tire and tube impart allot of stability to the wheel itself - Especially with the higher pressure wheels - When you lost pressure all your weight came down on the wheel in a nonlinear fashion - It should not take much to get it re-trued...
