I hope this doesn't come off poorly but regardless of aftermarket parts, it's still an 80's Astra with very limited appeal or collectibility factoring in. The type of handlebar will make zero difference in what you can sell the bike for. If for some reason you think the parts are worth something it would probably be better to strip them off an sell them separately. THat said, I don't know what type of handlebars those are.
