Close to 300. Im not a big belly person..my weight is spread . Ive always worked out and was an all conference football player. I just quite working out when the wreck happened. Tonight was my first night back to the gym. I rode the bikes for a bit. Kept upt a 85 rpm at 175 for 8 imns then 70rpm on a 325 watt for 2mins. Then lifted weights for an hour. Ill get there but ill never be small. Even when i was built like the proverbial brick sh*thouse i was 235lbs and could run the 40 in just over 5 tics.
