I got a Contour Roam when a truck tagged me last month and never even slowed down. But so far this is the only interesting encounter I've had:
It seems you need a headlight with longer and wider beam.
The most scaring close calls I have had were when a heavy, long truck passed me barely touching me, which happened again 1-2 days ago. It's scaring because when you found it was next to you, 2/3 of the truck body was still yet to come.
