I'm a little late as we were out of town and away from the scales.
Starting weight 200 goal 190 I am 194 so I lost 6 and missed my goal by 4
Mileage goal was 200 and I rode 301. 101 over!!
I am happy with what I did and really had no idea if I could reach either goal.
Next month I have a lot going on so its going to be a challenge time wise to get the miles in I would like.
