I forgot to add, the serial number is C10D5608. I don't know if that means anything because I have read that it's not really a serial number, it's more of an ID number. I've seen on many forums folks saying that they have called specialized with their "serial number" and specialized is unable to tell them anything about the bike. From what I've gathered, it seems that it was intended to just be a unique number that the owner can write down in case the bike was stolen so they can ID it if it ever turns up, but the company doesn't retain a record of these numbers for any kind of database.
