Great day!!
Today was a great day.
1. I was able to finally break the 200 lb barrier. Mind you it was only 199.6, but it's less than 200.
2. I really found out how much of a difference it makes to lube the chain and have the right air pressure on the tires. I was able to shave 4 min on my personal best for 10 miles.
It was a great day.
