I've been more than happy with these in 26mm. (I weigh 230ish)
Will fit your hybrid rims fine.
I have about 2000 miles on them so far and easily expect at least 1000 more.
PSI listed on sidewall is actually 90/140
I have a lot of small, sharp pebbles in a few places on my rides and have had trouble with them working in to my former Serfas Seca's and causing flats. Don't have that problem with these. Otherwise, it sounds like my roads are similar to yours.
