Winter Training routines and diet for a junior track racer

.

Hi. Im 15 and from chicago and after a somewhat successful first season of track racing we are being hit hard with the infamous chicago winter. Im starting plyometrics in october along with the rest of my team and was wondering what else I should do to start the next season strong. This does not exclude a protein diet, extra workouts, etc. I dont really care if I have to stare at a wall for a few hours while I peddle on a trainer, i guess I am pretty dedicated since it takes me two hours to get to the track and Ive only missed 2 races due to lack of bike. Anyway, keep in mind that I am a sprinter and thanks. I already posted this in the juniors forum but I figured I would get more and better advice from this forum.
