The Kendas have more tread,but not enough that it should make that much difference. I wouldn't let the tires be the deciding factor in choosing between two bikes unless one has premiums and the other has budget ones. Components,ride quality,and fit are much more important. Tires can always be swapped,and some shops might even let you exchange them during purchase.
