Hello,
Currently residing and biking in Santa Cruz, California, been here for 2 years. Went to Uni, stayed and work at the bookshop downtown. Interested in literature, biology, technology, comp sci, physics, community, and everything else. Originally from Los Angeles, haven't used a car daily for 6 years now. Possibly moving to Linkorping, Sweden soon. Looking to do some Europe rides, like from Stockholm to Berlin, or Amsterdam. I'll be prowling these forums for others who have experience on me (anyone, really), as I haven't biked long distance yet. I currently have a hybrid city bike/grocery getter which has served as a commute bike nicely for 5 years. Will be looking into getting a used/basic long distance bike next. Excited to be here
Haven't belonged to a bike community yet, only rode a couple times with midnight rides and other annual groups. More like a lone wolf howling for some friends. Wolf friends on bikes.
