I have a 3 bike allen sports trunk rack and i loaded it with 90-95lbs worth of cromoly MTBs. The feel of the rack didnt feel cheap to me. It feels sturdy. The one I had came with 6 straps for the car. Two top middle and bottom.

The OP link has only one strap at the bottom and two on top which I would hesitate purchasing because there are no side straps that prevent possible roll over when making turns.

I haven't used it much though 4x about. This is the only trunk bike rack I've used so I'm new to it. There are no Velcro straps. Only hooks for the trunk and buckles to secure your bike on the rack.

Just my own experience on Allen sports.
