Well, as a meh, that first one has broken Alanis Morissette’s ("You oughta know") record for the longest stay at the top of Billboard’s Alternative chart by a female singer (6 weeks now, and counting). Also the first woman at the top of that chart at all for 17 years (which is longer than she's been on the planet)..
that's nice and all but I don't follow the pop charts... I figure, if a song /artist is truly good, their music will stand the test of time and eventually I'll get around to listening... meanwhile there's plenty of great music that never hits the charts, or, great music from years past that's been forgotten.
