Yeah, but that is a great overall total body strength builder.
Watch out with that machine ! I almost hurt my right knee for good once. When you do squats on with this machine make sure both feet are positioned and aligned according to the biomechanics of your body in a way that your knees make 90 degrees angles or you'll force the knee to bend in an unnatural way, ouch!
