At least one of the flashing modes (don't have it with me right now) keep one steady while the other two flash.

This light on full beam if too bright for urban roads - you would cause accidents and dazzle drivers unless you turn it to low. Out of town on unlit trails blaze away!

6x18650 is a lot, but when on maximum, all those lumens suck them dry after around 3 hours.
