Thanks! Honestly compared to the SRAM Rival on my road bike I don't really like Shimano, and I don't think going higher will fix that. Mainly it's the fact that the brake lever moves laterally - I just don't like that. Ideally I'd switch this all out to Rival or even just Apex, but I think I'll probably give Retroshift CX1s a shot actually.
Given the abuse this bike is taking/will take, I can't really justify high-end shifting components like Ultegra/DA/Red.
