Not a flame, but what a stupid fukkin' question.

Manuals aren't a trick - it's not like something you learn in a day.

It's a skill. It takes weeks, months, even years to get it down and even when you have it perfect, you can still do more with it to take it further.

I'm so sick of riders asking how to do manuals and bunnyhops. They both are things you pick up easily just by practicing regularly. Weeks and months. I learned bunnyhops I realized LONG before I started riding bmx because I would jump off small curbs and see how far I could go. Then I found that bunnyhops were the same dang thing, but not curb to launch off of.

Manual, lean back, keep front tire up, try not to use brakes, don't pedal. VERY EASY to do a foot - very difficult to do 50 feet anytime you want.
