Good quality helmet mounted front and rear light?

I have a decent front and rear light on my commuter. The rear blinkie is pretty good and the front light isn't bad but probably should be replaced for serious commuting. Rather than replace it, I'm thinking of getting a front and rear light helmet combo like the Light and Motion Vis 360 (which comes in a plus version at 250 lumens on high and a regular version at 120 lumens on high).

So my question is this a no brainer decision? I should get the brighter of the two lights (i.e., take 250 lumens over 120). The price difference is around $70 between the two.

Has anyone used the light and motion 360? Is it any good?

Also what are the alternatives out there? I like the idea of a front and rear light on the helmet. I figure a rear blinkie on the bike, a rear blinkie on my bag, and a rear blinkie on my helmet plus 2 front lights is about right.

Also this is not for trail riding. I commute in a city so I have no problem seeing the road; I just want to make sure that car drivers see me.
