Don't know about the BV-11, but I know you wont be disappointed if you spend the extra on a lezyme mini floor pump or the topeak morph.
I had a bell mini floor pump and ended up chucking it in the trash...the good ones don't cost that much more and you will be happy with your reliable pump for a long time.
