There is a good shop (Blue Run Bicycles) in Dunnellon about 3-4 miles north of the north end of the Withlacoochee Trail. There's also Hampton's Edge Trailside Bicycles in Floral City.
There's a new bike shop in Inverness. I went there today and stayed over an hour talking to the mechanic (Bob) and the owner (Sherry). Great shop. Picked up some new gloves while I was there.
