During my sojourn in traffic today I got to thinking about all the places I have ridden and visited. Probably my favorite is the Twin Cities (St Pauls/Minneapolis) however their winter weather leaves a lot to be desired. I have ridden up there multiple times and have always been impressed by how well they various areas are connected, as well as how much there is to do. I have ridden with the ABCE Tour 2 times and on my own 3 times and have had a great time every time I have ridden up there.
@gerv, is there a better choice of neighborhoods that would better serve your needs? Maybe rent your house out and find a smaller place that suits you better? I have a cousin that owns 3 houses and doesn't live in any of them, she lives in an apartment in DC within walking distance of her work.
