I've got Lake "All Weather" shoes, got 'em cheap at Nashbar, but I'm not sure they make them anymore. They're like a neoprene bootie built into a sandal road shoe.
I've got regular covers, will have to check the brand, that fit my size 49 Specialized shoes. They are not a loose fit. Don't expect ANYTHING to keep your feet completely dry. If nothing else, sweat will collect in a shoe, or rain water will wick down your socks.
