Over here im starting to recover from some minor issues in my left knee. I've been mostly out of the game for a month or so. This happens to me 2-3x a year (in either knee); I know the drill. It just sucks cause I wanna be ridin' big like a lot of my friends and competitors, but c'est la vie.
yesterday was an hour of ~z3, no issues. I plan on doing 2hrs of z2/3 tmrrw and don't anticipate any issues either; i've been patient for the past ~4weeks or so.
ill be riding as much as I want to by Jan regardless
