As for the bike, we have a Duet that we've ridden for 13 years, and it is a good solid bike. When you're considering what the bike is worth, keep in mind that the current Burley Duet, which sells for about $2100 has gone upscale and is better spec'd out than a Burley Duet of 15 years ago (we paid $1300 for ours).
