I did find the Northwave. Two places.

I got a pair from Colorado Cycling Connection in Denver. Dealt with Wade. Extremely nice guy. Unfortunately, they were too small and I had to return them. He didn't have my size after that, but thought he'd soon be restocking.

I then found them at cycle4less.com. Ordered them but haven't received them yet.

Competitive Cyclist also has them but in very limited sizes.

I saw them at Wiggle, but I didn't want to deal with overseas shipping, esp if I had to return them.
