As my rear tire was pretty much toast and having had a puncture the previous day, I decided to get the new tire before our ride thru Santiago Canyon set for Saturday 12/14. I removed the CO2 from the tire and repumped it up with my floor pump and headed out to The Unlikely Cyclist. I crossed my fingers that I would have no issues with the tire and that I'd make it to shop w/o issue. And sure enough I made it. Whew!

So got new tire and a new tube to replennish tubes in my seatbag...I keep two in there. Then I rode home on the new tire. Since I track mileage on components and tires I tracked my return ride separately from the ride there.
